Introducing ePostersLive in your poster program is easy. Our process takes care of all the technicalities, while you focus on what’s important to you.

Is ePostersLive expensive?

Not at all. It comes in more than one package, so you can find an option that suits your budget best. Also, if you decide to use the built-in financial options, it’s potentially self-financed or even profitable for your event.

What sort of hardware do I need to run ePostersLive?

ePostersLive is compatible with any modern screen, computer or mobile device, so you can pick what suits you—or your budget.

For screens to replace the traditional printed poster boards, we strongly recommend full High Definition (1920 x 1080 px). In terms of size, anything between 50" and 65" has been shown to work well at multiple events.

Are ePosters single-page? Does ePostersLive support other formats and/or video?

While the vast majority of meetings that switch from printed posters to ePosters typically do so using a single-page format at first, and the single-page format is still the most widely used one, ePostersLive also supports multi-page and interactive ePosters with video(s).

How many screens would I need for my poster program?

Software-wise ePostersLive can accommodate any presentation scenario, with any number of screens. i.e, the same poster program can easily be carried out with 5, 20 or 50 screens.

There are still best practices and special occasions that you might want to consider. Please reach out for more information and a look into our algorithm for assessing optimal numbers of screens.

Does ePostersLive work with virtual/hybrid conferences?

Yes, we have worked with many events that have chosen to go fully virtual or hold a hybrid event. Poster submissions are all done online and presentation is available on a dedicated website made for your event which can either be available ad hoc for your delegates or presented in a broadcasted medium via your chosen presentation tool.

Our staff are also available to provide live, virtual assistance to moderated poster sessions as an additional service.
